MACHINE
The ORCA® was designed for maximum flexibility in size and weight of workpieces. High-tech laser sources up to 150W and high-speed laser heads offer ample power for laser machining applications.  The ORCA® can be equipped with 5 controlled axes and
more for greatest flexibility. The robust polymer concrete composite machining table is vibration free and temperature stable, indispensable for machine tools with door systems.

Applications
The outstanding laser characteristics allow ORCA® to complete all jobs quickly and with the highest quality. Palletized workpieces can be processed automatically, and the lifting table option and the large machining area permit the marking and/or engraving of large and heavy workpieces.

Software
Designed especially for engraving applications, the ACSYS® software allows you to set up your engraving programs easily and efficiently. This Windows-XP based software manages both the programming and operation of the system and the steering of the servo-controlled axes. A special fractionalizing module permits wide engravings and “intelligently” separated texts without any beginning marks.
