System
The SHARK is the first selection with engravings, relief’s, filigree structures or 3D form production. The robust construction of polymer concrete ensures high temperature stability with the best vibration absorption indispensable for highly precise results. The liberal work room offers enough space for large parts. Strong, water-cooled high-tech laser source up to 150 Watts output power with high speed writing heads guarantee the highest precision and surface quality. Can be equipped with up to 5 moveable axes, the SHARK offers the necessary flexibility which you can expect from a high-end solution, whereas according to the model the parts, the laser or also both can be trimmed.

Applications
Preferred use of deployment for the SHARK is the production of embossing tools, 3D relief’s, sinking electrodes made of copper or graphite, form elements, printing plates or precision components such as the depth engraving of parts and the finishing of coin stamps. Thanks to the excellent radiation characteristics, the SHARK takes care of all tasks in a short period of time and with the best quality.

Software
Especially for the engraving applications, ACSYS offers software based on Windows XP for the necessary functionality, in order to produce your engraving program simply and flexibly. Both the programming and the operating of the system as well as the control of the up to five movement axes occur through the fully graphic surface. A special smoothing function makes possible the metal finishing of surfaces e.g. after the engraving.
